Maxim Healthcare in Hodgenville, KY is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide 1-on-1 care in patients' homes. Full-time and part-time roles available across day, evening, and night shifts, with pay dependent on schedule, experience, and patient needs.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process to deliver skilled care, assessing patient status and responding to clinical changes, and documenting care and diagnoses accurately.

Qualifications

• Licensed as an RN in the state of practice.
• TB test or chest X-Ray on file.
• BLS certification required.

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing services in accordance with prescribed orders on each home assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and document nursing data and diagnoses.

Salary: $30 - $37 / per hour

Maxim Healthcare in Hodgenville, KY, is hiring for a Registered Nurse (RN) to work 1-on-1 with a pediatric and/or adult patient in their home. Full-time and part-time positions available for day, evening, and/or night shifts.

Pay depends on schedule, experience, and the skills required per patient.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders

• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state in which the RN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year of prior professional nursing experience preferred
