Mind & Mobility is seeking a compassionate CNA/Home Health Aide to provide in-home care for clients in Cape Coral, FL. This PRN position offers flexible hours including 8am–8pm and overnight shifts, with competitive pay and ongoing training.

You will assist with ADLs, mobility, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship, ensuring a safe, supportive environment that promotes independence and dignity.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of one year of professional caregiving/home care experience.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Reliable personal vehicle required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English required.

Location: Cape Coral, FL

Schedule: Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday (8am to 8pm) and (8pm to 8am)

Pay: $ 17/ hour

Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality, in-home care to our clients. In this role, you will assist with personal care, activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship. You will work closely with clients, families, and the care team to ensure a safe, supportive, and respectful environment that promotes independence and enhances quality of life.

This is a PRN (as-needed) position, meaning work hours are flexible and based on both caregiver availability and client needs. We work closely with our caregivers to build a schedule that aligns with their preferred hours and ideal availability whenever possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
