Memorial Medical Center in Las Cruces, NM is seeking a registered nurse (RN) to join a 22-bed ASU/Preop/PMC unit. You’ll provide patient-centered care, coordinate with RNs, CNAs, and unit secretaries, and leverage advanced technology to ensure safe outcomes.

This role offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus for full-time, relocation assistance, shift differentials, and comprehensive benefits. Current NM RN license and ADN are required, with BLS due in 30 days and ACLS/PALS within six months.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license and an associate's degree from an accredited nursing school.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire; ACLS and PALS required within six months.
• One year of experience preferred.

Department/Unit Summary

Join our team in a 22-bed ASU/Preop/PMC unit, located on the 1st floor. We are staffed with RNs, CNAs and unit secretaries, providing specialized care for preoperative patients from general surgery, bariatrics surgery, orthopedic and urological procedures. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, utilizing advanced monitoring technology to deliver high-quality patient care and ensure optimal outcomes for our diverse patient population.

Qualifications and requirements

Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an associate's degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

• Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.
• One year of experience preferred
