Job summary

Health Wealth Safe is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Critical Care Step Down Unit in Cleveland, OH. The role provides specialized care for patients with conditions such as congestive heart failure, COPD, DKA, and sepsis.

You will interpret EKGs, manage central lines, and perform bedside procedures, while applying critical thinking and strong time management in a 24-bed unit. Collaborative care with PCNAs, interns, and providers is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current RN licensure in Ohio
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• ACLS certification within six months

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care for patients in a 24-bed unit.

As a vital team member, you'll utilize skills in EKG interpretation, central line care, and bedside procedures like endoscopies and bronchoscopies.

The role involves critical thinking, delegation, and time management to deliver high-quality patient care in a 24-bed unit.

Collaborate with PCNAs, Nurse Interns, providers, PT, OT and work in a technologically advanced environment with tools like patient lifts, hands-free communication, and telemetry monitoring.

Requirements include

• graduation from an accredited nursing program
• current RN licensure in Ohio
• Basic Life Support certification
• ACLS certification within six months
