LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Critical Care Step Down Unit (7 West) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse patient population with conditions such as congestive heart failure, COPD, DKA, and sepsis.

The role requires EKG interpretation, central line care, and bedside procedures. You will monitor patients with telemetry and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN licensure in Ohio.
• BLS certification, ACLS within 6 months.
• PRN requires 1 year of relevant RN experience and all certifications at hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse patient population in a Critical Care Step Down Unit (7 West).
• Perform EKG interpretation, central line care, and bedside procedures as indicated.
• Monitor patients using telemetry and advanced technologies.
• Collaborate with nursing assistants, interns, providers, PT, and OT to optimize patient outcomes.
• Apply critical thinking, delegation, and time management to ensure optimal results.

• Utilize skills in EKG interpretation, central line care, and bedside procedures such as endoscopies and bronchoscopies.
• Monitor patients using advanced technology like telemetry, virtual whiteboards, and patient lifts.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members including nursing assistants, interns, providers, PT, and OT.
• Apply critical thinking, delegation, and time management to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN licensure in Ohio.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with ACLS within 6 months.
• PRN requires 1 year of relevant RN experience and all certifications at hire.

Preferred Skills: BSN degree and professional certification recognized by the Magnet designation.
