Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley, WV is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Post Cardiac Cath unit on the night shift. This in-person role offers a 24-bed unit with a team-focused environment, where nurses provide post-procedure care and collaborate on patient plans.

Applicants must hold an active RN license, an associate degree in nursing, BLS within 30 days, ACLS/PALS within six months, and prefer one year of experience; ASLS is preferred. Comprehensive benefits are included.

• Develops, implements, and revises interdisciplinary care plans for each patient.

More About Our Team

The 2 South Med Surg/Telemetry unit specializes in Post Cardiac Cath Recovery and offers a supportive and dynamic environment for both patients and staff. With a capacity of 24 patient beds, the unit maintains a 6:1 patient-to-nurse ratio, ensuring quality care and manageable workloads. Each shift is staffed according to our matrix, with Patient Care Assistants (PCA) or Patient Care Technicians (PCT) present to assist nurses and support patient needs.

How You'll Contribute

What We're Looking For

Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an associate's degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

• Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.


• ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.


• One year of experience preferred


• ASLS certification preferred
