Job summary

Advantage Nursing Services Inc is seeking Homecare Nurses for Day Shifts in Park Ridge, IL. Schedule includes up to 2 nights per week (11:00pm–7:00am) plus daytime shifts on select days. Full-time, part-time, and PRN hours are available now, with weekly pay and benefits.

Responsibilities include 1-on-1 patient care, nursing per physician care plan, monitoring and charting, assisting daily activities, vitals, and caregiver relief. Active IL nursing license and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

Active IL nursing license required.
Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

Provide 1-on-1 patient care per the care plan.
Provide nursing care according to the physician's plan of treatment.
Monitor patient condition and document charts.
Assist patient with daily activities.
Take and record vitals.
Provide caregiver relief as needed.
