Job summary
Advantage Nursing Services Inc in Bloomington, IL is seeking licensed home care nurses for evening and night shifts. You will provide 1-on-1 patient care in patients' homes, following physician care plans and monitoring vitals.

Qualifications
- Active IL Nursing License is required.
- Current CPR Certification is required.
Responsibilities
- 1 on 1 patient care.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment.
- Monitor patient's condition and compose patient charts.
- Assist patient in daily activities.
- Take and record vitals.
- Provide caregiver relief.

Up to 5 nights/Week: 9:00pm-7:00am, 4:00pm-9:00pm or 4:00pm-12:00am
