Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care in clients' homes. This per diem role focuses on 1:1 patient interaction and adheres to BAYADA’s standards for safety and excellence.

You’ll join a multidisciplinary team with hands-on training, virtual learning, and 24/7 clinical support. The position supports work–life balance through flexible scheduling and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active and current RN license.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.
• Hospice experience welcomed but not required; training provided.
• Ability to travel locally to cases as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in their homes for medication administration, wound care, treatments, procedures and comfort care.
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Follow up with and document doctors' orders accurately.
• Perform client assessments as necessary.
• Occasional on-call after hours and/or weekends.

We are recruiting for a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to reliably serve patients in the following counties in the Springfield, MO and surrounding are. This is a Per Diem position.

What you’ll do:

• Visit a variety of clients in their own home-Performing assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures and comfort care.
• Monitoring clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Following up with, executing, and properly documenting doctors' orders.
• Performing client assessments as necessary.
• Occasional on call after hours and/or weekends

What you should have:
