Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home hospice care for patients in the Joplin, MO area. This full-time position offers 1:1 client visits, hands-on nursing, and ongoing clinical support within a broader interdisciplinary team.

The successful candidate will hold an active RN license, have at least 1 year of clinical experience (hospice experience preferred but not required), and be able to travel locally to assigned cases.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in their homes and provide nursing care, including medications, wound care, treatments, and comfort care.
• Monitor clients’ conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.

FULL TIME HOSPICE RN

We are recruiting for a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to reliably serve patients in the following counties in the Joplin, MO and surrounding area. This is a full time position.

What you’ll do:

• Visit a variety of clients in their own home-Performing assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures and comfort care.


• Monitoring clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.


• Following up with, executing, and properly documenting doctors' orders.


• Performing client assessments as necessary.


• Occasional on call after hours and/or weekends

What you should have:

• Active and current RN license


• One year of clinical experience preferred


• Previous hospice experience welcomed, but not required. We will train you!


• Ability to travel locally to cases as assigned
