Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Full-Time Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to perform home visits in Lebanon, MO and surrounding areas. You will provide 1:1 skilled nursing care in the patient’s home, with training provided if you are new to home health. We offer flexible schedules including full-time, part-time and per diem.

Travel locally is required. Join a supportive team with ongoing clinical supervision and opportunities for career advancement within a nationwide home

Qualifications

• Active RN license
• One year of clinical experience preferred
• Home health experience welcomed but training provided
• Ability to travel locally to cases as assigned

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in their own homes to assist recovery after injury, illness, surgery or hospitalization
• Case manage, develop care plans, and provide skilled nursing care including assessments, wound care, and medication management
• Progress clients from discharge to reaching home goals and provide patient/family education

We are recruiting for a compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to perform home health visits in Lebanon, MO and the surrounding area.

What you’ll do:

Visit a variety of clients in their own home, helping them recover from an injury, illness, surgery, or hospitalization.

• Case manage, develop care plans, and deliver highly-skilled care - including assessments, medication management, wound care, and more
• Progress your clients from discharge to meeting their goals at home
• Provide education to the patient and/or their family

What you should have:

• Active and current RN license
• One year of clinical experience preferred
• Previous home health care experience welcomed, but not required. We will train you!
• Ability to travel locally to cases as assigned
