The position requires NJ RN license, BLS, and a BSN is preferred; PALS within six months is expected. 3–12.5 hour night shifts, 37.5 hours weekly, with biweekly weekends.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school or university with active New Jersey RN license.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing strongly preferred.
• PALS certificate within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and recognize clinical changes to intervene early.
• Administer safe, evidence-based medications and hands-on care.
• Collaborate with physicians and advanced providers for timely, coordinated decisions.

To be considered for this RN opportunity, you must be a graduate from an accredited school or university, hold an active New Jersey Registered Nurse license in good standing, and a current American Heart Association BLS certification. A bachelor's degree in nursing is strongly preferred. In addition to a PALS certificate within 6 months of hire. Prior patient care experience and comfort with electronic medical record systems (EMR) like EPIC is also desired. This position offers a full-time schedule, 3 - 12.5 hours night shifts, at 37.5 hours weekly. Biweekly weekends are required.
