Job summary

Child Health Associates is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for pediatric primary care in Auburn, MA. This full-time position features a consistent four-day workweek and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support work-life balance.

You will provide family-centered nursing care, perform telephone triage, coordinate care with providers, administer vaccines and treatments, and educate families on preventive care in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing compassionate, family-centered nursing care to pediatric patients
• Performing telephone triage, assessing patient concerns, and offering guidance using established clinical protocols
• Working closely with providers to coordinate patient care and follow-up
• Administering immunizations, medications, and treatments
• Supporting providers during patient visits and procedures
• Educating families on preventive care, medications, treatment plans, and common childhood health concerns
• Maintaining accurate documentation in our electronic medical record
• Collaborating with the clinical team to keep patient care running smoothly

What Your Schedule Looks Like

What You’ll Be Doing

As an RN at Child Health Associates, you’ll play an important role in supporting our patients, families, and providers throughout the day.

Your responsibilities will include:
