Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – PCU - Stepdown - Cincinnati Market Float Pool

Shift: Nights - 7pm-7:30am
Locations: The position will float to all of our acute hospital locations in the Cincinnati Market, including:
Job Summary:
The RN Clinical Float Pool assesses, analyzes, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care following established standards. The primary function is to be available and flexible to float across various departments and sites within the organization to provide patient care, including scheduling, multiple assignment locations within a shift, travel assignments, or seasonal staffing patterns. Participates as a team member under the guidance of a clinical manager, adhering to the Standards and Scope of Practice for the RN.
Essential Job Functions:
Supports organizational goals through quality improvement and departmental activities. Acts as a patient safety advocate and incorporates professional practice models into care delivery. Plans, coordinates, and implements nursing care using best evidence, including interventions and response evaluations.
