Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Registered Nurse to supervise resident care in alignment with Minnesota Board of Nursing standards and our QAPI program. The RN will conduct comprehensive health assessments, develop individualized care plans, and oversee nursing interventions while evaluating outcomes.

Responsibilities include IV therapy, PICC line care, and resident education, all while maintaining HIPAA, safety, and infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Current Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care.
• Experience in skilled nursing and/or assisted living facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resident care per Minnesota Board of Nursing and QAPI standards.
• Develop individualized care plans and supervise nursing interventions.
• Provide IV therapy, PICC line care, and resident education.
