Metropolitan Behavioral Health in Dearborn, Michigan is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Older Adult Unit on a part-time night schedule (7 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.). The role involves coordinating care with the health team and supervising LPNs and MHTs to ensure patient safety and comfort.

A passion for working with older adults is ideal. Education includes an accredited nursing degree with Michigan RN licensure; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate from an accredited professional nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a psychiatric health-care facility preferred.
• Licensure: RN license issued by the State of Michigan.
• Work Hours: Part-Time Night Shift (7 p.m. - 7:30 a.m.). This position also works rotating holidays and every other weekend.

Metropoltian Behavioral Health (a UHS Facility)

Metropoltian Behavioral Health Hospital is a growing 144-bed behavioral health facility that provides a full continuum of inpatient services across the entire patient population, including specialty programs for adolescents, adults and older adults, and performs behavioral health assessments 24 hours a day. In addition, programs for co-occurring behavioral health and substance use issues are offered to meet the unique needs of this patient population. The facility also provides a robust outpatient program utilizing a combination of group, family and individual therapy.
