Job summary

A leading critical illness recovery hospital in Macon, GA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide excellent patient care. The role involves patient assessments, documenting information, and ensuring accurate medical orders. Candidates should have a valid RN license, current BLS and ACLS certifications, and preferably some clinical experience. Registered Nurse (RN) – Critical Illness Recovery

Location: Macon, GA

Schedule: Two 12‑hour shifts per week (alternating weekends and holidays)

Compensation: $40.00 to $53.87 per hour

Regency Hospital is a critical illness recovery hospital dedicated to providing world‑class inpatient post‑ICU services to chronic, critically ill patients. Registered Nurses (RNs) play a central role in delivering compassionate, excellent treatment every step of the way.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit


• Perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment


• Document patient information accurately and timely in the appropriate systems


• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry


• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately


• Demonstrate competence in Rapid Response and code events


• Instruct and counsel patients and families


• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid state RN license


• BLS required at hire


• ACLS required at hire
