Job summary

Comfort Home Care is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to service the Waltham/Watertown/Belmont area, Monday–Friday mornings. The role offers a base salary with an uncapped incentive plan and a $2,000 sign-on bonus, fostering work-life balance and meaningful patient relationships.

Responsibilities include assessing patients, shaping care plans, teaching home care, coordinating with teams, and documenting visits to ensure consistent, high-quality care in patients' homes.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts.
• One year of nursing experience (home health or psych preferred).
• A drive to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Reliable transportation for patient visits.

• Assess and adapt patient conditions and needs during each home visit.
• Create and modify patient care plans based on changing conditions.
• Teach and support patients with medications and wound care.
