Job summary

Comfort Home Care is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) in the Waltham/Watertown/Belmont area to provide patient-centered home health care with balance and purpose.

You will assess needs, develop and adapt care plans, educate patients and families, coordinate with providers, and document visits from home; a Massachusetts RN license and at least one year of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts.
• One year of nursing experience (home health or psych preferred).
• A drive to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Reliable transportation for patient visits.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own schedule and build long-term relationships with patients.
• Assess and adapt patient conditions; create and modify care plans as needed.
• Teach and support patients and families on care needs and medications.
• Coordinate with providers and care teams to ensure timely, appropriate care.
• Document visits and reflect on care provided, even when working remotely from home.
