Tenet Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse for St. Marys Medical Center in West Palm Beach, FL. You will provide safe, quality nursing care across the care continuum, guided by the nursing process and patient-centered goals.

The role emphasizes leadership, clinical excellence, and ongoing certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH Stroke), with opportunities for professional growth within Tenet’s network.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• ACLS and PALS certifications within 90 days; NIH Stroke Certification within 60 days.
• Strong assessment, care planning and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, psychosocial, educational and growth needs of patients.
• Develop written plans of care using assessment data.
• Implement nursing care plans and monitor progress.
• Evaluate patient response to interventions and adjust care as needed.
• Demonstrate leadership and organize patient care activities.
