Main Line Health, Inc. is seeking a Part-time PACU Nurse at Riddle Hospital. You will join an interdisciplinary team within a 33-bed PACU, providing post-anesthesia care and contributing to patient experience.

Responsibilities include monitoring vitals, assisting with recovery, and mentoring staff. Eligible for tuition reimbursement up to $6,000/year based on status. On-site role with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• One year of recent Critical Care (ICU/ED) or PACU experience.
• One year PACU experience preferred.
• RN Diploma/ASN required; BSN preferred.
• PA RN license or multi-state license via compact.
• ACLS certification required; BLS preferred.

Responsabilités

• Care for PACU patients and monitor vitals and recovery status.
• Administer medications and provide post-anesthesia care instructions.
• Precept new staff and participate in the Clinical Ladder program.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure patient safety.

Formation

RN Diploma/ASN

BSN preferred

PA RN license (NLC)

ACLS

BLS (AHA/Red Cross) preferred

Position:

Registered Nurse (RN) - PACU

Shift:

24 hrs per week, Three/8 hr shifts, 12pm-8:30pm

On-Call Requirements:

Candidates must be within 30 minutes of Riddle Hospital; Approximately Two weeknights of on-call per month (11pm-7am) and One/24 hr weekend of on-call per month

Experience:

• One year of recent Critical Care (ICU/ED) or PACU Nurse experience required.
• One year of recent PACU Nurse experience preferred.

Education:

• 1. RN Diploma, ASN required.
• 2. BSN preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:

• 1. PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
• 2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.
• 3. ACLS
