Main Line Health is seeking an Operating Room Specialty Team Coordinator RN at Riddle Hospital to lead OR services, manage room turnover and case setup, and coach staff. This role emphasizes education, performance appraisals, and resource management within a dynamic surgical environment.

With 3+ years of OR nursing experience and current PA RN licensure (or compact license), you will train new hires and provide clinical leadership. CNOR within 12 months is expected; BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of OR nursing experience.
• RN Diploma or ASN required.
• CNOR within 12 months.
• PA RN license or compact license.
• Provider BLS required.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize and direct specialty services in the OR.
• Monitor room turnover and case setup; assign rooms for teams.
• Provide annual performance appraisals and ongoing education.
• Train new hires and serve as technical resource for the team.
• Manage resources and equipment for the specialty.
• Support nursing committees and clinical ladder activities.

This is a great leadership opportunity in the Operating Room! Our Specialty Team Coordinators help to plan, organize, and direct the specialty services under their charge. On a day-to-day basis, you would monitor room turnover and case setup as well as make room assignments for your team. You would also provide employees with their annual performance appraisals, provide ongoing education and evaluation, serve as the technical resource person, train new hires, and manage your specialty’s resources and equipment.

Operating Room Specialty Team Coordinator RN

Shift

Monday - Friday, 1:45pm - 10:15pm. No weekend or Call.

Experience

At least three (3) years of nursing experience in the Operating Room required.

Education

• RN Diploma, ASN required.
• BSN preferred.

Licensures/Certifications

• PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
• Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
• CNOR within 12 months.
