Job summary

Main Line Health, Inc. is seeking an Operating Room Specialty Team Coordinator RN at Riddle Hospital to lead, plan, organize, and direct the specialty services under their charge.

You will monitor room turnover and case setup, assign rooms, and provide annual performance appraisals, ongoing education, and training for new hires while managing resources and equipment. The position offers leadership growth through nursing committees and the Clinical Ladder, with tuition reimbursement up to $6,000

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of nursing experience in the Operating Room (required).
• RN Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
• PA RN license or multi-state license verified via Nursing Licensure Compact.
• Provider BLS required (AHA/Red Cross).
• CNOR within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Monitor room turnover and case setup.
• Make room assignments for the team.
• Provide annual performance appraisals and ongoing education.
• Serve as the technical resource person and train new hires.
• Manage specialty resources and equipment.
• Participate in hospital/system Nursing Committees and Clinical Ladder programs.

Position:

Operating Room Specialty Team Coordinator RN

Shift:

Monday - Friday, 1:45pm - 10:15pm. No weekend or Call.

Experience:

At least three (3) years of nursing experience in the Operating Room required.

Education:

1. RN Diploma, ASN required.

2. BSN preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:

1. PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.

2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.

3. CNOR within 12 months.
