Job summary

Riverside Community Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our community-based PACT program serving the Norwood, Needham and Dedham area. The PACT team provides wraparound, community-based care tailored to individuals with serious mental health conditions.

This Relief/Per Diem role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the community while enjoying a supportive workplace culture.

Registered Nurse (RN) - Relief

Join us in making a difference in the community!

Riverside Community Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our community-based PACT program in the Norwood/Needham/Dedham area. Riverside’s PACT (Program of Assertive Community Treatment) is a multidisciplinary team of professionals who provide comprehensive wraparound care and services for people living with serious mental health conditions. PACT services are highly individualized and are delivered by a mobile, community based, team of highly dedicated staff who work with people to meet their unique rehabilitation needs, improve functioning and enhance their roles within the community.

Schedule

This is a Relief / Per Diem position with flexible scheduling.

Pay Rate

$39.63/hour

Required Skills

Required Experience

• Current, valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience, within community health and case management
• Knowledge of the needs of individuals with mental illness and substance use issues preferred
