Job Description

Inova VIP 360 is seeking a dedicated RN Outpatient to join our team. This is a full-time position, day shift, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Work locations: The ideal candidate will be able to float between the following locations:

• 3580 Joseph Siewick Dr #306, Fairfax, VA 22033
• 19500 Sandridge Way #200, Leesburg, VA 20176

Role Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse Outpatient provides safe and therapeutic care in a holistic and systematic manner within a physician practice or outpatient setting. Responsibilities include patient and family education, integrating data to improve care, and serving as a resource, preceptor, and mentor to others.

Additional Requirements

Experience: 0 years of clinical RN experience required.

Education: BSN from an accredited nursing school. If holding an Associate Degree (ADN), must complete a BSN within 5 years of employment.

Certification: BLS for Healthcare Providers required.

Licensure: RN license or eligibility to practice in Virginia.
