Job summary

Centerpoint - Winchester, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking an Outpatient Cardiac Rehab RN to join our team. This full-time role supports patient recovery from cardiac events, coordinates care, and ensures high-quality standards in a busy outpatient setting.

Shift is Monday through Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm with no weekends or holidays, offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualifying candidates and a collaborative environment dedicated to patient well-being.

Qualifications

• RN license in KY required.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• BCLS required.
• ACLS and PALS preferred.
• Handle with Care preferred.
• Must have critical thinking, decisive judgment and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates staff scheduling, educational/development activities, and performance evaluations.
• Identifies and resolves issues affecting delivery of clinical services and patient flow.
• Performs quality assurance studies and assists with implementation of QA/QI initiatives.
• Serves as a resource to staff and external contacts regarding clinical standards, policies, and procedures.
• Monitors departmental compliance with accreditation, legal, and The Joint Commission requirements.
• Provides direct patient care as needed in accordance with scope and standards of practice.
• Participates in performance improvement and continuing education.
• Provides quality patient care and works other shifts/units as needed.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

How You'll Contribute
