Job summary

UW Health East Madison Hospital in Madison, WI seeks an RN Care Team Leader (CTL) for the Operating Room. This 100% FTE role involves leading nursing colleagues, ensuring appropriate staffing, and coordinating patient flow within the OR and related units.

We are seeking an RN Care Team Leader (CTL) to:

  • Be a front-line nursing leader with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Previous OR experience is required.
  • Assess unit needs and ensure adequate resources for current and upcoming shifts, collaborate with other departments (both clinical and non-clinical), and coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges in a timely manner.

Qualifications
  • Baccalaureate degree in nursing Preferred
