Job summary

Giving Home Health Care, LLC in Erie, CO is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for 1099 contract home health visits. This role supports patients in their homes under physician-approved care plans and offers part-time or full-time shifts with nights 8:00 PM–8:00 AM. • Perform various activities associated with daily living
• Monitor for changes in the patient’s condition such as weight loss/gain, self-care abilities, and indicators of disease progression
• Communicate with family members, physicians, case managers, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health of the patients

Position: LPN or RN

Location: Erie, CO

Compensation: RNs earn $52-55/hr

LPNs earn between $32-40/hr

Shift: Up to 48 hours a week both part-time or full-time available!

8:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Monday - Sunday night
