Job summary

Giving Home Health Care in Arvada, CO is seeking a compassionate LPN for in-home care on a 1099 contract basis. Up to 48 hours/week, night shifts 8:00 PM–8:00 AM, with part-time or full-time options. $32–$55 per hour with a $2,000 sign-on bonus after completing 30 days of consistent visits.

You’ll provide patient care per physician plans, document visits, assist with daily living activities, and support families and care teams in a mission-driven environment.

Position: LPN (contract)

Location: Arvada, CO

Compensation: RNs earn $50-55/hr

LPNs earn between $32-40/hr

Shift: Up to 48 hours a week both part-time or full-time available!

8:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Saturday, Sunday, Monday, or Thursday.

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) orLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the Arvada, CO area to administer patient care in accordance with a physician-established care plan. This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient’s residence.

$2,000 Sign On Bonus! (Bonus is paid out after completing consistent visits within your first 30 days)

What we are looking for:

• Current State or Compact License as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Current CPR certification
• Maintain required insurance
• Good interpersonal skills
• Hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Must have dependable transportation and be willing to commute to the patient’s home
• Ability to provide basic medical management up to medically fragile end of life care
