Summary - Registered Nurse:
The Registered Nurse - Long Term Care role provides high-quality resident patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient outcomes. Collaborates, delegates, and communicates with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal care.

Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, the Licensed Practical Nurse - Long Term Care role provides supportive and restorative care to residents, reinforces the resident and family teaching program, and administers medications and treatments according to policies, procedures, and standards of nursing practice.
