Responsibilities:

1. Monitor vital signs and provide routine nursing care.
2. Perform catheter insertions and wound care, including dressing changes and treating bedsores.
3. Administer injections, oxygen therapy, insulin, and medications per physician orders.
4. Observe and report symptoms to physicians for appropriate interventions.
5. Maintain accurate and thorough nursing documentation.
6. Oversee and assist CNAs with direct resident care.
7. Ensure compliance with nursing guidelines while delivering high-quality care.
