Zepf Center has been serving the Lucas County community for nearly 50 years. We are the leading provider of behavioral health and substance use disorder services in Northwest Ohio. Services include adult and child psychiatric, substance abuse, case management, residential, Crisis Care, and therapy programs, as well as career development and wellness services. Zepf Center also offers primary care medical services to our patients to contribute to their continuum of care. Zepf Center is a trauma-informed agency and environment for both patients and staff.
We are currently seeking a Contingent LPN/RN to serve as the licensed practical nurse in the crisis stabilization unit. The focus of this program is to provide inpatient, crisis services that support individuals experiencing a mental health crisis. The CSU is utilized for individuals undergoing an acute crisis that presents a substantial risk of imminent harm to self or others. The goal is to stabilize the individual through nursing and behavioral supports on a time-limited basis. The role of the licensed practical nurse is to provide nursing care to individuals in the 24-hour CSU as part of the interdisciplinary treatment team. Shifts are 12 hours.
Working Hours: 6:00PM-6:00AM Three 12-hour shifts per month, one weekend required, assigned holidays
Starting pay rate $21.50, based on years of licensure.
