Job summary

Sidney Regional Medical Center seeks a Surgical OR Circulator Registered Nurse to join the surgery department. This role delivers individualized nursing care for patients in the OR, PACU, Pre-Op, and Endoscopy, and supports the anesthesia team and surgeon during perioperative care.

Ideal candidates will be graduates of an accredited nursing program, hold a Nebraska RN license, and have 1 year OR experience. BLS, PALS, and ACLS within 6 months are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Nebraska RN license required; BLS, PALS, and ACLS within 6 months.
• Prefer at least one year of Operating Room experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of individualized nursing care to patients having surgical intervention in OR, PACU, Pre-Op, and Endoscopy room.
• Oversee safe, effective care of patients in the Operating room.
• Assist and support the anesthesia provider, surgeon, and surgical tech during the perioperative period.

Job Responsibilities:

Education & Experience:

OR RN Position:

Full-Time with various hours and rotating call
