Job summary

Sidney Regional Medical Center in Nebraska seeks a Surgical OR Circulator Registered Nurse to assist surgeons during surgical cases and other procedures. This full-time role covers OR, PACU, Pre-Op, and Endoscopy settings.

Responsibilities include delivering individualized nursing care, overseeing patient safety in the OR, and assisting the anesthesia team, surgeon, and surgical tech during the perioperative period.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Experience: One year of Operating Room experience preferred.
• Must hold a current Nebraska RN license. BLS, PALS and ACLS within 6 months.

• Delivery of individualized nursing care to patients having surgical intervention in OR, PACU, Pre-Op and Endoscopy.
• Oversee safe, effective care of patients in the Operating room.
• Assist and support the anesthesia provider, surgeon, and surgical tech during the perioperative period.

Education & Experience:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Experience: Prefer one year of Operating Room experience.
• Required Licensure/Certification: Must have a current and valid license by the State of Nebraska as a Registered Nurse. BLS, PALS and ACLS within 6 months.

OR RN Position:

Full-Time with various hours and rotating call
