Job summary

Live Well Homecare in Nebraska is seeking a Full-Time Circulating Nurse in the Operating Room to provide perioperative care across ages. You will collaborate closely with surgeons and anesthesia teams to ensure patient safety and high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a Nebraska RN license with BLS/ACLS (PALS preferred) and has OR circulator, PACU, and post-anesthesia recovery experience, plus strong teamwork and adaptability for rural settings.

Qualifications

• Nebraska RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred.
• OR circulator experience preferred; PACU/post-anesthesia recovery experience valued.
• Strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and adapt to changing patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with procedures across multiple specialties including endoscopic, orthopedic, ophthalmology, ENT, OB/GYN, urology, GI, podiatry, and pediatric dentistry.

• Share on-call duties, including weekends and holidays, and follow industry standards and state regulations.

Serve as the RN Circulator for various surgical procedures, providing safe, high-quality perioperative care for patients across all ages. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists. Assist with procedures such as endoscopic, orthopedic, ophthalmology, ENT, OB/GYN, urology, GI, podiatry, and pediatric dental surgeries. Participate in pre-operative, intra-operative, post-operative, and PACU patient care. Share on-call duties, including weekends and holidays, and practice within industry standards and state regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Current Nebraska RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications (PALS preferred). Operating Room circulator experience is preferred, along with PACU and post-anesthesia recovery experience. Must demonstrate strong critical thinking, organization, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing patient and surgical needs.
