Job summary

Community Surgery Center Hamilton in Noblesville, IN is hiring a registered nurse for the operating room. This full-time, day-shift role involves circulating and scrubbing across a variety of surgical cases, with four 10-hour shifts Monday through Friday and occasional staying late.

You will work with a professional care team, adhere to AORN standards, and require at least one year of OR circulating/scrubbing experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of NLN, ACEN, CCNE or NLN CNEA accredited school of nursing, or three years related professional nursing experience.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Indiana (NLC).
• Must have at least 1 year experience circulating and scrubbing in OR.

Responsibilities

• Circulate and scrub on a variety of surgical cases.
• Collaborate with the care team to provide exceptional patient care and adherence to perioperative standards.
• Adhere to AORN guidelines and standards for perioperative nursing.

The Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) will be part of a professional care team responsible for circulating and scrubbing on a variety of surgical cases. Will collaborate with all members of the care team to provide exceptional care and compassion to our patient population and the families we serve. Will adhere to the AORN guidelines and standards for perioperative nursing.

Exceptional skills and qualifications

• -The Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) will possess strong written, verbal and nonverbal interpersonal and professional communication skills
• -Will demonstrate ability to prioritize, organize and multi-task
• -Will be able to take direction well but also be self directed and motivated
• -Will possess a high degree of responsibility, responsiveness
• -Graduate of NLN, ACEN, CCNE or NLN CNEA accredited school of nursing, or three years related professional nursing experience
• -Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
• -Must have at least 1 year experience circulating and scrubbing required.
