Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room in Nanty Glo, PA

This full-time position offers variable 8-hour shifts, including weekends and on-call duties, with a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000.

Department/Unit Summary

The OR has a patient ratio of 1:1, with 8-hour shifts and rotating weekends and call. The facility features 10 main ORs, 2 ASU ORs, 2 open heart ORs, and 2 cystoscopy ORs, covering specialties such as plastics, neuro, general, ortho, gyne, cardiovascular, cardiothoracic, urology, and robotic cases. A 6-month orientation is provided for candidates without OR experience.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants must hold a current state RN license and have an associates or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

• Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire
• CPR Certification
• Minimum of one year of nursing or surgical experience
• CNOR certification preferred
• Operating Room circulating nurse/ASC experience preferred
