RN Administrator Patient Care Services is a registered nurse who has competencies in utilizing a broad range of cues for prescribing and implementing both direct and indirect nursing care.

• Collaborates with other health care providers to maintain quality patient care based upon current standards.
• Ensures implementation and compliance of hospital policies and procedures on assigned shift.
• Serves as a shift designated nurse leader.
• Administrative oversight when assigned, overall problem resolution, patient flow facilitation, and patient care delivery oversight

Qualifications

Job Description

• MSN Degree preferred, BSN Degree required
• State Issued RN License required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification required
• Position requires a minimum of 3 years RN experience
• ER or Critical Care experience highly preferred
• Prior Leadership experience highly preferred
• Shift/Hours: Full Time, Nights - 36 hours weekly
• Typically 12 hr shifts, flexibility required
