Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room in Mineral Point, PA.

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-time, variable 8-hour shifts, including weekends and on-call
• Up to $20,000 Sign-on Bonus

Department/Unit Summary

Patient ratio is 1:1. The shift is 8 hours with rotating off-shifts, weekends, and call. Our facilities include 10 main ORs, 2 ASU ORs, 2 open heart ORs, and 2 cystoscopy ORs. Specialties include plastics, neuro, general, ortho, gyne, cardiovascular, cardiothoracic, urology, and robotic cases. We offer a 6-month orientation for candidates with no OR experience.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants must have a current state RN license and an associate's or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

• Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire
• CPR Certification
• Minimum one year of nursing or surgical experience
• CNOR certification preferred
• Operating Room circulating nurse/ASC experience preferred
