Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room in Homer City, PA.

Job Details

• Type: Full-time, Variable 8-hour shifts, including weekends and on-call
• Sign-on Bonus: Up to $20,000

Department/Unit Summary

Patient ratio is 1:1. The shift is 8 hours with rotating weekends and call. Our OR suite includes 10 main ORs, 2 ASU ORs, 2 open heart ORs, and 2 cystoscopy ORs, covering specialties like plastics, neuro, general, ortho, gyne, cardiovascular, cardiothoracic, urology, and robotic cases. A 6-month orientation is provided for candidates with no OR experience.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current state RN license
• Associates or Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
• CPR certification
• Minimum one year of nursing or surgical experience
• CNOR certification preferred
• Operating Room circulating nurse/ASC experience preferred
