A leading healthcare provider is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the inpatient Oncology Unit. The position involves providing comprehensive patient care to individuals with varying cancer diagnoses and offers a dynamic environment focused on compassionate, person-centered care.
Position Purpose
At Saint Francis Hospital, the inpatient Oncology Unit provides care to patients with solid tumor cancers, hematologic cancers, and benign hematologic conditions. We also care for medical/surgical patients and offer hospice and end-of-life services.
What you will do
In this critical Registered Nurse (RN) role, you will perform assessments, administer treatments, and communicate with all patient care providers to develop a plan tailored to the patients' needs.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Graduate of an accredited college or university nursing program. BSN preferred.
Licensure: Current RN licensure in Connecticut.
Certification: BLS required.
