A leading hospice provider is seeking a Triage Registered Nurse (RN) to coordinate patient care and manage hospice services remotely. This full-time role involves ensuring quality patient care through effective communication and nursing interventions, with an emphasis on continuous improvement and professional development.
This Triage Registered Nurse (RN) position is 100% remote. Qualified applicants need to live in one of the following states: IA, IL, IN, KS, MN, MI, MO, NE, SD, WI, and have an active RN license in at least one of these states to start. Candidates must be willing to obtain RN licensure in other states as needed once employed.
This is a Full-time position; 5 shifts during the two-week period 5p - 8am and every other weekend Sat/Sun 8pm-8am position.
The Triage Registered Nurse is responsible for ensuring that patient care is coordinated and managed appropriately by directing hospice services/care via phone conference. This experienced nurse has a background with an emphasis on palliative care.

Thestartingsalaryrange for this role is $75,000-$101,000 annual basesalary.An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: geographic location, relevant education, applicable certifications, depth of experience, and special skillsets. The total compensation package for this position may also include the opportunity to participate inemployee benefits including ourmedical/dental/vision/petinsurance, disability and life insurance, paid time off, and 401(k) retirement plans, subject to applicable plan terms, and/oreligibility forother compensation.
