Blessing Health System is seeking a full-time, non-exempt nurse to lead nursing care for postpartum and nursery patients. The role includes direct care and guiding the care plan with a focus on timely responses to patient/family needs.

PAY RATE: $32.28 - $52.50 BASED ON RELEVANT EXPERIENCE + $4.50 SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL IF APPLICABLE
This would be a full-time, non-exempt position with a guaranteed 40 hours on the Flip week and a 36-hour work requirement on the non-flip week.
The employee must be able to respond within 1 hour.
This position is responsible for assessing patient/family health problems and resources, taking a leadership role in the development, implementation, and outcomes evaluation of a plan for nursing care provided by the nursing team. The position provides direct nursing care and interventions to designated patient populations. This position requires providing services to one or more age populations, including neonate through geriatric, in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served.
