To be considered for this RN opportunity, you must hold an active New Jersey Registered Nurse license in good standing and a current American Heart Association BLS certification, ACLS and PALS. ASN or Nursing diploma required. If candidate possesses ASN or Nursing diploma, must agree to complete BSN within five years of hire date. A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is strongly preferred, as is prior patient care experience and comfort with electronic medical record systems (EMR) like EPIC.1 year of acute care experience.Experience in any of the following areas for float responsibilities: Critical Care/IMCU/Rapid Response Team RN.
This position offers a consistent36 hours per week on nightshift with required rotating weekendsas well as rotating holidays, allowing you to build strong patient relationships while maintaining balance.
