Job summary

Grand Oaks Care Center in Tulare, CA is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shift (10:30 PM – 7:00 AM) to provide high-quality care to residents.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, collaborate with physicians, therapists, and CNAs, and ensure the wellbeing and dignity of each resident in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of California.
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee quality resident care in accordance with physician orders and facility policies
• Develop and update individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team
• Perform nursing assessments and document accurately and timely
• Administer medications and treatments following proper procedures and protocols
• Supervise CNAs and LVNs, ensuring compliance with care standards and safety regulations
• Maintain infection control and follow safety protocols to uphold a clean and secure environment
• Participate in care conferences and support residents’ physical and emotional well-being
