Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and ability to work the NOC/night shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents per physician orders, care plans, and policies.
• Assess residents and monitor condition changes.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to physicians, supervisors, residents, and families as appropriate.
• Coordinate care with CNAs, LPNs/LVNs, physicians, therapy, and other team members.
• Respond to emergencies and changing clinical needs.
• Participate in care planning and infection-control practices.
• Provide compassionate, respectful care upholding resident dignity and privacy.
• Supervise and support nursing staff during the shift.
