Select Specialty Hospital in Wilmington, DE is hiring a Staff RN for night shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am. The role includes admissions/ transfers, ongoing assessment, accurate documentation, and responding to rapid code events.

A strong clinical foundation and state RN license are required, with ACLS within 6 months. Offering up to $56/hour plus weekend differentials, a $15,000 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for education and career growth within a large hospital

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and transfers to the unit.
• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments.
• Document accurately using appropriate systems.
• Interpret lab results and telemetry data.
• Transcribe and process medical orders correctly.
• Handle rapid response and code events as needed.
• Counsel patients and families; educate as required.

Schedule: Full-Time Night Shift, 7:00 pm to 7:30 am (12-Hour Shifts)Compensation: Up to $56 per hour plus competitive shift differentials for weekends

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License
• BLS is required at hire.
• ACLS is required within 6 months of hire
