Job summary

Sumter Health & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our night shift nursing team. You will provide hands-on nursing care, support the nursing team, and help ensure our residents receive quality, compassionate care throughout the night.

We offer 12-hour shifts, night shift differential, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus, with a base pay of $33.25-$43.65 per hour depending on experience. Alabama RN license and CPR/BLS certification are required.

Qualifications

• Active Alabama RN license required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and coordinate resident care during the assigned shift.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Assess residents and promptly respond to changes in condition.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Follow infection prevention and safety and regulatory requirements.
