Job summary

CareCore at Mentor in Mentor, OH is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient-centered care in a skilled nursing facility. You will work full-time or part-time 7pm-7am with every other weekend rotation.

Responsibilities include direct nursing care per care plans, administering medications, monitoring residents, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Ohio.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as required.
