Job summary

CareCore at Mentor in Mentor, OH is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care within a skilled nursing facility. You will administer medications, document patient conditions, and collaborate with physicians to support personalized care plans.

Schedules include full and part-time night shifts from 7pm–7am with every other weekend. Benefits include health coverage, PTO, a 401(k) match, and career growth in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications
